This is a bit of a throw back, but recently we had been thinking about the way public space grows and reframes itself. For a place like RPTRA Kayu Mas (built 2020), it went through different lives: as patchy, grassy yard built on partly compacted trash, as a solitary space due to pandemic restriction, and finally as a communal space and yard in the form of RPTRA.
